Responsabilities

At FERCIEN, we we take the principles of the ESG very seriously, which refers to better environmental, social and governance practices for a company. We rethink our way of working so that our impacts on the environment are positive, also helping to transform society with social actions and improvement in our administration and accountability processes. 

 In our ESG journey, we are part of ECOOAR project, where FERCIEN commits to neutralizing 100% of the technical hours performed by the team through reforestation in Permanent Preservation Area in the Atlantic Forest and other biomes. This is our way of retain the damage caused by CO2 in the atmosphere.

FERCIEN supports institutionally supports philanthropic assistance entities, participating in events, meetings and various monthly actions always with the aim of helping others.

More than growth and economic development, we seek to improve the society in which we operate. Learn about the social actions that we take part: 

Supporting the DOMUS association, FERCIEN, annually, participates of McHappy Day. The event aims to use the proceeds from the sale of Big Macs to support projects from institutions that work to benefit teenagers and children with cancer. FERCIEN is a DOMUS partner in this action, contributing for the increase of childhood cancer cure rates in Brazil.

With services offered through voluntary work, we support APADEV, a non-profit social entity, which offers education and rehabilitation for people with visual impairment free of charge, seeking school, professional and psychosocial inclusion.

  

The brazilian association Rotary Foundation granted to FERCIEN the seal of "citizen company" for its commitment and actions to improve life in our community and in the world. 

  

DOMUS is a civil association, legal entity, under private law, assistance, charitable, without profit and/or economic purposes and whose purpose is to welcome and support children and adolescents with oncological diseases.

FERCIEN stands out thanks to its governance policy, in which we assume solid ethical and governmental commitments with all our clients, partners and collaborators.

We recognize this makes the difference in the execution of each new project, providing the essential confidence required by today's world.
